Planning an evening event at CJ’s Off the Square? Why not start things off with a cocktail hour? For a wedding, the cocktail is a great way to allow guests to seamless transition from a wedding ceremony into the reception and allow you some extra time for photos. Or if your ceremony is off site, it may take some time for everyone to make their way from the church to the reception and a few beautiful cocktails and perfectly presented hors d’oeuvres is the perfect way to welcome everyone.

What are a few of my favorites cocktail hour treats? I love the Fried Green Tomatoes, a Southern classic, as well as the Miniature Maryland Crab Cakes. Then again, I also love the Caprese Salad Skewers and Mini BLT’s. It is hard to choose because I love them all, and I know your guests will too!
