DIY Project | Appetizer Toothpick Flags

Looking for a way to jazz up your cocktail hour menu? How about these adorable flags you can provide for your caterer? It will let your guests know what is being served, make for a great detail shot, and are darn cute! Here’s our step by step guide.

 What You’ll Need: Toothpicks, Adhesive Roller or Double-sided Tape, Scissors, and your printed appetizer tags (hint: use the label templates in Word to help you space things out correctly!)supplies

Cut your tags into long skinny strips with the wording justified to the right.

Use your adhesive roll or double sided tape across the inside of the entire strip, especially in the middle where your toothpick will sit.

Fold the strip over in half with the tooth pick securely snug in the crease, and press the paper together to create your flag.

Create a fun shape for the end of your flag – points, waves, even a heart-shape!
