We had so much fun planning an international wedding with sweet Ashleigh + Clay, who live in Bermuda. It was such a treat to gather their friends and family here in the South for a celebration of their love, and the couple looked simply smashing dancing the night away. Last spring, we were delighted have super-hip couple Miranda + Grant host their weddings with us, and I loved their unique style! Here are some images from JHenderson Studios, who stopped by to take some detail shots for us!
What a treat we have for you today! When Laura + Steve first visited CJ’s, we connected so well and couldn’t wait to get started planning the perfect garden wedding together. Their style is completely timeless and I knew it would be a night to remember! And of course, with Kristyn and Matt Hogan shooting, I knew the photographs would be as beautiful as the wedding itself. So glad we finally got to work together and we hope it will only be the first of many.

What a fun, fabulous night this was! Tavi and Kevin are the sweetest, down to earth couple who wanted to have a beautiful and relaxed evening with their dearest friends and family. From the wedding party’s Chucks to the full dance floor all night, they had a blast in the summer sun! Our many thanks to Mandy Whitley for the wonderful photos!
Another wonderful morning wedding to share with you! Chianni + Charlie are so sweet, and madly in love. We were so happy they decided to hold their peacock-themed morning nuptials here at CJ’s, and that Shannon Jenkins was here to capture it!
I just love this sweet little ceremony photographed by Joy Chambers, one of our very own past May brides! Lisa and Mark chose our Petite Wedding package, which is available for small weeknight ceremonies and elopements. They gathered their children together to witness their vows and participate in a beautiful family sand ceremony, and then took some lovely portraits before heading off for dinner in downtown Franklin.

I’m delighted to share yet another wedding we were lucky to have JHenderson Studios here to shoot – we never tire of Jenna’s beautiful images! Even though a little rain moved Sandy + Eric’s ceremony into the Pavilion, the setting was still sweet and intimate with the Gardens providing a gorgeous green backdrop. Then the rain moved on out and they were able to get all the portraits they wanted out in the Gardens! An absolutely lovely day, described by Sandy herself: “Start here, then make the rest of your plans. We had the most wonderful day!”
Abby + Casey – what a wildly in love couple! They couldn’t take their eyes of each other all night. And I have to say, I think Abby’s dress may be my favorite bridal gowns in all these many years of weddings. Absolutely perfect for a garden setting. She simply floated! Our thanks to Madi Flournoy for the beautiful photos.
Ok, maybe I had a little too much fun naming this blog post. I hope you will forgive me! 
It was so fun to do a much more intimate version of our open house this spring on May 22nd. The evening provided a great opportunity for our booked CJ’s clients to familiarize themselves with the house menus, and understand what it feels like to attend an event here and flow through the property. Our vendor team outdid themselves yet again (they never disappoint!), and Jen & Chris Creed documented it all so beautifully.
