Glamorous Jewel Tones | Whitney + Collin | November 3
If you love sparkle and deep jewel tones as much as I do, you’re going to love this early November wedding! The rich colors were so delicious – as was the live action s’more station! Collin and his groomsmen looked so handsome in their kilts and the ceremony bagpipes were incredibly regal to hear. A beautiful day shot by JHenderson Studios!
James + Dani’s Elegant Rehearsal Dinner | November 2
What a treat is was to work with Sara Fried of Fete Nashville and her clients, the Bienvenus, for their elegant, formal rehearsal dinner last November. It was a beautiful evening with a delicious menu of Spinach Salad, Crab-topped Filet Mignon, and Flourless Chocolate Cake. Thanks to Erin Lee of The Collection for sharing these photos with us!

Nuptials in Red Romance | Alexis + Abdul | November
Sometimes we like to take a look back at favorite events from the past and this is certainly one of them! Alexis and Abdul held an incredibly unique, outdoor wedding & reception here at CJ’s Off the Square on November 1, and we were thrilled to have Zach & Jody Gray of Gray Photography here to shoot it.
Alexis & Abdul incorporated a bevy of details from around the world into their evening. Abdul’s brother officiated the garden ceremony, and guests signed a beautiful keepsake certificate in the Quaker tradition. The bridesmaids’ kimonos and tea leaves used in the florals were a nod to their love of Japan, and guests dined on halal curry in honor of the groom’s family. They then enjoyed the stylings of a swing band and danced the night away!
Fall Color in the Garden
Many clients believe the fall colors are at their best in October, when the truth is, November sees the greatest depth of reds, oranges and yellows here in Middle Tennessee. Exactly when the leaves will be at their best can very, but it is typically the first and second week of November. This fall wedding ceremony took place on November 11 of 2005 and you couldn’t ask for richer colors in the garden.

Autumn Bliss in Warm Hues | Jenn + Marcus | November
Jenn & Marcus had a beautiful fall wedding at CJ’s Off the Square on Novemember 5th, 2005. The ceremony was intimate and just perfect for the two of them.

The had a dessert reception and instead of the traditional cake they had tiramasu!
