CJ’s Off the Square has three services for businesses looking for a unique space to meet or entertain in historic downtown Franklin, TN. Our business offerings are available Tuesday – Thursday.

If your team needs exclusive use of the historic home, or if you are planning a product launch, art show, networking event or other small gathering, our small group entertaining package is ideal for you. The first floor of the home can welcome up to 40 guests with a cocktail style floor plan. Small Group Entertaining Package Includes:

  • Exclusive use of the historic home (garden and pavilion not included)
  • Cocktail tables with ivory linens
  • Free parking on the street
  • $800 for the first 4 hours, $150 for each additional hour
  • Available Tuesday – Thursday (Friday, Saturday and Sunday are excluded)

While our venue includes a beautiful outdoor pavilion and garden, this package only includes exclusive use of the historic home. If you are entertaining a group larger than 40 guests or wish to use the entire property, we offer turnkey event packages starting at $7,995.


Cocktail Parties, Product Launches & Milestone Celebrations

The perfect way to launch a new product, celebrate a milestone or entertain conference guests at a private venue in the heart of historic downtown Franklin, TN. Our experienced staff will take care of every detail so you can relax and truly be a guest at your own party. We can comfortably accommodate up to 135 guests April – November and there are countless ways you can customize the look of your celebration with our convenient in-house design services.

The venue does not host events outdoors December – March.

  • Exclusive use of the historic house and gardens of CJ’s Off the Square for up to 5 hours (all events must end by 10 PM)
  • Complimentary valet parking for your guests
  • Festive string lights in the Pavilion and Garden
  • Custom-designed cocktail party floor plan
  • Delicious catering menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner
  • All glasses, silverware and china as required by your menu
  • Coffee, Soft Drinks, Iced Tea & Water
  • In-house audio system with microphone
  • All set up, clean up and management of event services by our award-winning planning and design team
